Frame fitment: * Full size 1911 grips will fit standard Government and Commander model 1911s. * Compatible with most brands of 1911s on the market including, but not limited to; Colt, Springfield, Wilson Combat, Sig Sauer, Smith & Wesson, Ed Brown, Kimber, Remington, Taurus, Ruger, and Rock Island Armory. * These 1911 grips will NOT fit Para Ordnance 1911. Profile: * Non-tapered cut for seamless integration with magwell. * Standard thickness of 1/4" * Measurement between centers of 2 screw holes: 3 1/16" * NOT compatible with Wilson Combat 188 series magwells, which require a cut around screw holes.

These grips were made from phenolic grade G10, a kind of composite material which has some very specific advantages as follow: A. It doesn’t shrink or swell when exposed to high or low temperatures - which means more comfortable and grippable handle shapes. B. It also has very high mechanical strength, very difficult to break. C. It is only 1/2 the weight of aluminum, relatively lightweight which allows for less carry weight on guns D.
