These grips were made from phenolic grade G10,
a kind of composite material which has some very specific advantages as follow:
A. It doesn’t shrink or swell when exposed to high or low temperatures
- which means more comfortable and grippable handle shapes.
B. It also has very high mechanical strength, very difficult to break.
C. It is only 1/2 the weight of aluminum, relatively lightweight which allows for less carry weight on guns
D. Less likely to show scratches because the color is dyed into thematerial, not painted on.
